There are only two options for WiFi right now: use binary blobs or use an old Atheros card not even capable of AC. I don't know if this is even possible but having a WiFi chip capable of modern speeds with all libre code would be amazing. I'm frankly surprised there isn't one already; must be either cost, complexity, or copyrights/laws about WiFi.
