To have a laptop with the right specs, running the right OS for my needs

It might sound strange, but I have the need/use to run MacOS, but the Apple Hardware is either not powerful enough (ie. not enough RAM, or not having 17" screens) or too expensive for the use case(s) when spec'ing to my needs.
