Add RPL drivers, update ADL drivers, organize both

This adds RPL system drivers and updates ADL system drivers. It also removes unlinked drivers. Testing still needed to determine if these drivers are enough, or are even required given auto-installation of drivers on Windows 11.

I can confirm the Chipset, Serial IO, and Wifi drivers for gaze18 work on Win 11.

However, gaze18 has an issue with the NVIDIA driver, the RTX 3050 must be disabled then re-enabled in Device Manager at each boot, then it works fine.

Also, gaze18 needs audio driver, the headphone port does not work. None of the audio drivers on Sager's website for this device (NP50RNJS) seem to work.
