Add gaze18 drivers #18

Gazelle 18 Windows drivers. Tested on Windows 10 and 11.

Working out of box

ethernet, camera, microsd, speakers/microphone

Missing drivers

wifi, bluetooth, touchpad, audio(headphone port)

Installs automatically from Windows Update

intel graphics, nvidia graphics, Bluetooth

Notes

-Wifi, bluetooth, chipset, serial io, and hid drivers are available from Intel's website. the serial io driver is for the touchpad. -The audio driver I found seems to work fully, but has no installer and is missing the realtek software.

NOT WORKING

-NVIDIA RTX 3050: The device must be disabled then re-enabled in Device Manager at every boot, then it works perfectly.

A minimal list of drivers for gaze18 are in #17. Any other required drivers (after Windows Update is run to completion) will be added there.
