Background color is still there, even if choosing basemap #165

When choosing a background basemap (after having used background color), the background color is still there. It should be replaced with the squared default background.

Perhaps also add a "-----" delimiter before last item in select dropdown, and use "None" or "Solid background color" instead of "NONE".
