Add basic bash completion #205

This is not complete, it only provides commands, not options, but it's better than nothing I guess?

hmm, not a bash completion guru myself. looks superficially ok to me. Will leave this for @keszybz to have a final look on, he knows this kind of thing better than i do, i think.

We'll want to add verb-specific completions (some of the verbs only take .catar/.castr/... as arguments), but this is already useful on its own and a good start.
