systemd-timesyncd: add support for roughtime protocol #12751

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Roughtime is secure alternative to NTP currently used by Google and Cloudflare for approximate (seconds accuracy) time sync. Supporting it in timesyncd seems like a natural extension of current implementation.

Describe alternatives you've considered Using NTS seems like much bigger effort which is tracked in a separate issue #9481.
