Debug vs. competition mode is confusing #3

in debug mode, should default to continious execution. Current verbage is confusing, the checkbox should be "Timed Run" and default to off(not timed).

The interface is still provided so that update zip's can be applied however due to minimal use it probably isn't worth doing this anymore.
