Save trained network to stream #15

I need to save trained network to file. The best way how to do it is 
enable serialization Network class.

Save() and Load() methods are added to Network class, which allow to 
serialize/deserialize neural network.

The fix was committed in revision 463. Will be released in version 1.6.1
