Refactor startpage, split into subpages #43

We agreed to split the functions on the startpage into subpages:

Manage vouchers
Manage alias addresses
Account settings (change password, delete account)

On the startpage, we want to use tiles (with suitable pictograms) for introducing and linking to the function-related subpages.

https://thenounproject.com/ for icons. We have to take care that we only use icons with an open source license though. Creative Commons Attribution unported (CC-BY) is ok, even for Debian.
