Use mkdocs instead of hugo #542

To use the same style of documentation as in ticker or ticker-widget, I reused MkDocs and transferred the existing documentation. I also added a GitHub Action to publish the documentation. Bildschirmfoto am 2024-01-07 um 12 36 59
