update readme and upload re_directory.sh #233

Maybe we don't merge this, just take note of how we run the experiments for the Asplos paper.

@PeiMu What does the name of the script mean? I mean the re_directory.sh. It doesn't sound very descriptive.

the script aims to extract all *.out bin exe to a standalone directory. How about naming it "extract_bin.sh"?

I think something like collect_bins.sh sounds better. "extract" sounds as if they are embedded somewhere else.

Other than that, it LGTM.
