GNPS export option provides files non-compatible with FBMN #4

In the MS-Dial version 4.6.221218 the GNPS export option generates a feature table and mgf files not compatible with FBMN GNPS. I suspected that is related to the scan number in .mgf file and there is also an issue with the commas in the annotation field.

The problem was just the commas when using an user database with commas in the names. There is not an issue.
