No resend verification email button

Description

As a user, if while signing up, my verification email is not received, due to some problem in smtp, I would want a button to let me just send a verification mail, so that I can simply resend a mail instead of filling the complete sign up form again.

Acceptance Criteria Redesigning the whole sign up and login process.

• If only a verification email has not been sent, let the user login into his account but don't let him unlock the activities.
• This means that the user can login even without verification. So once he logs in, there must be a notification displayed on the top, warning the user to verify his email id to unlock the various levels.
• So as a result the user gets added to the user_accounts as before, but log in function will have to be modified accordingly.
