Fixed the multiple form submission issue for posts and contacts. (issue #171) #210

Previously user could click on back all the time and access the information already present. And by confusion some user could click the 'submit' button again and duplicate data would be saved. This PR fixes that issue by cleaning the forms. Fixes #171
