Fixed bug that represented the Pill achievements to disappear when the app was closed due to having the tags deallocated, by defining the tags each time the AchievementManager is instantiated.

The "Take" or "Not Take" pill buttons are disabled, by default, when you don't have any pills, to not confuse the users. The "Not Take" button was enabled before, because it makes sense to say that you did not take a pill even if you have no pills.
Improved the user experience by not allowing the "No new posts from the MACC" pop-up to show on other screens, after receiving this response from the server.
When changing a pill in the Setup Screen, if you set up the pill before, it will show you the current Core Data information about it, if not, it will show you default values for configuring a new pill. This modification was added because it was confusing when changing to another pill to show you the default "0 pills" when you know you had configured that you have pills on you.
Improved the MedicineManagerProvider by not using a dictionary anymore. There is always needed to create a new MedicineAchievementManager when changing medicines.
