Any campaign should have a list of contribution types to monitor/shown in the campaign (like donations, member fees, etc)

@bkaless: I'm not quite sure I understand. Could you describe a scenario illustrating this requirement?

Perhaps it is sufficient to difference between "one-time" contributions and recurring contributions. We have a donation page where a donor can choose between a recurring and a single contribution. It is interesting to have a quick overview how many recurring and single contributions are won with a certain contribution.
