GP-8108 Adapt activity filter to match core

This changes the activity filter of the activity contact view to roughly match the latest core implementation (with minor improvements):

• Change the UI to show all filter fields in one line
• Add the ability to exclude activity types
• Add filtering by activity date and status
• Respect the activity filter preference in core
• Highlight filter fields prefilled with a remembered value
