Contact.create_household cannot process mode ''. #6

I know you guys are funds based, but just wanted to inform you on an error we got running this extension on Joomla 3.4.8 / CiviCRM 4.7.12

When we try to use civicrm/household/finder And click on Create Household

A popup apears with the message: Contact.create_household cannot process mode '' and no households are being created.

@magnolia61 I know it's been a long time... but would you mind testing with the latest version 1.2.beta1?

Hi Bjorn, I am not using Joomla anymore so the exact error and fix I cannot replicate. But there are two other things I noticed with the 1.2beta1 on 4.7.31 1) First is many, many notices in the dblog:

Deprecated: Group='ReportError Extension'. Name='noreferer_sendreport_event'. Defaults should come from metadata 2) 2nd issue is that no menu items are created so I go manually to household finder and settings I hope my feedback helps you!

I couldn't see the warnings in my system, but maybe it's a 4.7.31 issue. I'll keep my eyes open.

You're right about the links... where would you like to see them? @bkaless?

I couldn't see the warnings too. I have a 4.7.31 system.

I propose to have the menu link under "Contacts" at the end under "Find and Merge Duplicate Contacts"

Do you agree @magnolia61?

Great place for the household finder! The settings for the module belong under System Settings I believe though. BTW: the notices were unrelated. Nice work!

The settings already have a link in the administration console.
