The only thing CRM_Identitytracker_CustomData ist still being used for is synchronizing an OptionGroup when enabling the extension. This is a job for a managed entity.

This was fixed by #15 and might need #21 which adds the mgd-php@1.0.0 mixin.

Actually there's one more usage for adding XCM matching rules (option values). This should be converted to use Managed Entities as well.
