Extension is outdated and throw error in PHP 7.4

PHP Deprecated: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is deprecated

FIX: rebuild files with biult in function civix generate:module

Thanks for your contribution. I went ahead and upgraded civix code with the latest civix version replacing your PR and pushed to master with cba774640b3ce96ed4341201ee4b0d67556c4c41.
