Deprecate in favor of recentmenu extension #3

Once the KAM extension is merged into core, this extension will cease to function and the RecentMenu extension should be used instead. Unless you have any objections I'll add this extension to the list of obsolete extensions at that point so no one accidentally installs it.

@systopia 5.12. It is in the current master branch and will be published in next week's 5.12-RC.

Sure, go ahead and do it, once 5.12 is released.

@systopia I've added this for 5.12 and FYI I've also added an ajax loader for the RecentItems Extension which I believe brings the two extensions up to feature-parity.
