Also show the new submitted phone number in diff activity

Before

When a new phone number is submitted and no phone existed, or when a new secondary phone is submitted those phone numbers did not appear in the diff activity.

After

The difference activity also shows when a new phone number is submitted.

Comment

When fill details is selected for phone, the phone number gets added. When that one is empty the phone number did not got added nor dit it appear in the activity.
