27491 should be decoded as 𧒑 (\ud85d\udc91)

It may be simply obtained from kvg.

Hmm, looks like it's not in the default fonts... I can't find entry for it in kanji dic either, only 綈 is there with reference to 27491, are they variants of the same kanji? If there's no enough data for characters like this I don't think they'll be supported

I'm not sure I understand. So there are no strokes in KanjiVG for this character? If there are strokes available and this character is a variant of other known kanji then it's possible to just manually create corresponding json file, otherwise I don't think there's anything I can do
