[Front End] - Coordinate Solar System Scene Scale #112

As a developer, I want to coordinate the scale of SolarSystemSceneController to make the background universe texture clearly.

Definition of done: Change the settings to make background as clear as possible.

Resized the scale of university from 100 to 0.8
