As a developer, I want to alternative or create new views for proper amount of data provided to the front end for visualization.

Definition of done: Based on the requirement of Front End, coordinate or make it easier to coordinate the number of data to be used.

updated data include all energy data from the world. More visualization optimization data (i.e. data decoration) should be generated separately.
