[Back End] - Update data format and amount of the total energy

As a developer, I want to adjust data format and amount of data for the total energy present.

Definition of done:

• To evaluate the "amount" data to be around 1.0 (0.5~1.8 for testing purpose)
• To add default coal values for years other than 2014.
