Screensaver fails to start #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install and configure screensaver
2. Log in with standard user privileges, or start computer without logging in
3. Lock screen [Win] + L
4. Wait for screensaver to start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the screensaver to start, but it does not. Sometimes it will meerely
flash a white image, and then return to the lock screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version as of 2013-04-12
Windows 7 Professional

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems the only time the screensaver will function correctly is when there is
only only one user logged in, and that user has admin privileges.

it does not work for http://world.deviantart.com/

I have the same issue: white screen flashes then screen saver turns off. Tried
setting google.com as the webpage to be display...webpage loaded for split
second then turns off. Other screensavers stay on. Running XP.

I have the same issue that dkburn has. White screen flash lasting .25 of a
second, followed by the screen saver turning off. I'm running XP Pro. The same
app works perfectly on my Win8 box.

I ended up finding another one that works with XP Pro. Try this one:
http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/djmclean/htmlscreensaver.html

I am using it to automatically bring up a full screen weather radar (weather
underground). Works pretty well.

Now to figure out how to activate it with a hotkey......currently it opens into
notepad rather than activating the screensaver.
