Unhelpful errors I2Pd/I2PRouter isn't running #9

Currently when you attempt to create a session without I2Pd/I2PRouter running, the library hangs.

This doesn't happen on my machine, I get Connection refused (os error 111), must be a mac thing. Theoretically it should stop hanging when it reaches the timeout, no?
