[Feature] Automatic links to issues tracker on every page? #52

Would be nice to call out the issues tracker on every page, to solicit feedback, etc...

Describe the solution you'd like

Add Github Repo URL to _site.yml, this should automatically add a link to issues tracker in the footer?
