was the code written by following the GPS SDR SIM? because the PRN codes are calculated wrong #2

Hi, I was checking the code with the GPS SDR Sim and found that the PRNs calculated by Matlab code are different from the C code of the GPS SDR SIM.

also can you please tell me how to write the IF data into a bin file with matlab?
