On retries on ci show failure only once, but add the number of retires inside the test case log with a hashtag #18

Add number of retries beside test case logs, and only show once the error failure: example : ✘ sub unauthorized 9:3 #3 as run 3 times and count the failed test only once, fix the summary from :

SUMMARY: 15 passed 2 skipped 3 failed

to SUMMARY: 15 passed 2 skipped 1 failed (include some message that 1 or how many tests we retires)
