Restore builtin theme #37

With the recent main refactor many cli options are not working and among theme the builtin theme handling.

Restore the builtin theme handling.

Done in v1.2.1.

The built in themes (only default is defined for the moment) can have a css directory whose styles are automatically applied to the presentation.
