Dutch translation #135

Hey guys,

As a user experience designer, I really think this game is way too complex for 
the regular, everyday user. Joe the plumber. I believe this game could become 
much easier to play, and more intuitive, by hiding some of the more advanced 
features.

But I'm not just a user experience designer. I'm also a native Dutch speaker. 
Which is why I translated the game to Dutch. Patch included.

For as far as this translation is protected by copyright law, I hereby allow 
anyone to redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General 
Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 
or any later version.
