Undo does not function #86

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Make a move
2.Press menu button
3.Press undo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens. Last move should be undone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.0 (updated from marketplace this morning) on Android 1.5

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a killer, IMHO.

Okay, I guess I overreacted, but UNDO definitely did not work under some
circumstance
- I tried it several times. After that, I manually cleared my last move and was
able
to complete the puzzle. Subsequently, UNDO seems to be functioning properly.

The only circumstances I can remember are that the puzzle was almost completed
(5-6
moves to go) and I had selected a number which already existed in the row (or
column), causing that number (7, I think) to show in red.

I would lower the importance of this but keep an eye on it. If it happens to me
again
I will note the exact circumstances.

There are some problems with current undo functionality (most notably undo is
lost when
application is killed by system). I'm planning to fix this in the next version,
which
I'm going to release in July or September.
