Active aim movements prevent fly damage (animation) #174

When receiving fly damage the player is no longer propelled away when holding the aiming key (or investing a spell, for Gothic 2 controls). This has been carefully circumvented previously but arose again by a change in the aim movement implementation.

This only happens while in aiming stance (held aiming key in range combat) and is not related to GFA - it also happens in vanilla Gothic.
