If I set "description" to an empty string, or leave it out entirely, then tapping on a character in X-Ray on the Kindle (Voyage) freezes the UI.

If this can't be fixed as a bug, maybe something more explicit in the documentation would suffice, e.g., "Description must be a non-empty string."
