Not sure if this is a bug or intentional behaviour, but as a user it is rather opaque..
I ran a create operation on a single book, which I only have in EPUB format and which wasn't on my Kindle.
Obviously this can't fully work (probably won't do much at all, I don't think we cache goodreads data or similar) - so probably just adding a new error case for this. ie. report an error if an operation is run on a book that has no suitable file formats (according to the user's preferences).
