May I ask you a question?
In your github, you mentioned that 'we follow the CLAM's WSI processing solution' and the paper mentioned that for dataset CAMELYON16, after pre-processing, a total of about 3.5 million patches at x20 magnification were obtained. However, under the preset file 'bwh_biopsy.csv', following the CLAM's WSI processing solution, we actually process WSI using the downsample closest to 64x downsample (since 'seg_level' in 'bwh_biopsy.csv' is -1 and default patch_level=0) instead of 2x downsample which corresponds to x20 magnification (since 1x downsample corresponds to x40 magnification).
