the URL for the gravatar CDN is https://cn.gravatar.com/avatar/, which is broken.

thanks to https://zhuanlan.zhihu.com/p/115248957, replace it with https://gravatar.zeruns.tech/avatar/ then the gravatars are recovered, but the first gravatar is still broken, it seems that the host URL cannot be changed.
