no saved passwords in one of chromes

I am using chrome on G40 and T460p, and the versions are the same, Version 89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)

On G40, the passwords are always auto-filled, while I often need to enter passwords on T460p. And I found that no saved passwords shown in the following highlighter region, but I indeed save it when the pop-up windows after entering the password.

But on G40, the saved passwords are listed.

inspired by their solution, tried

$ pwd
/home/weiya/.config/google-chrome/Default
~/.config/google-chrome/Default$ mv Login\ Data "Login-Data-backup20210410-issue16"

now the password for bb has been auto-filled! And check the config folder, a new Login Data is created,

$ pwd
/home/weiya/.config/google-chrome/Default
$ ll | grep Login
