Event page - move creator signature to the footer #7

On the event page we have sth like: BY MARCIN KAWELSKI — DECEMBER 14, 2014 at first line, I think it should be at the last line of article.

It comes from the template on which website is based, so I would assume that they do it "right". I believe that it's important to see the date as one of the first information on blog post page so that you know if information is still relevant or not.

Let's keep it here and investigate later on. It's minor anyway.
