Debugging the STM32F0-Discovery board with Nemiver #4

Hi, I've added a debug target to the Makefile which will start nemiver http://projects.gnome.org/nemiver/, maybe you can test it, I'm open for improvements.

I've renamed my repository and added some more commits and now this pull request looks strange, closing it.
