Remove the debug_renderer feature from the gfx-hal backend. This slipped trough my radar during the latest rebase, and caused the DebugRenderer draw nothing.
~Made a quick fix for the compact mode of DebugRenderer: We keep the vertices of the grey background rectangles from non compact mode in the vertex buffer, after switching to compact mode, they don't disappear. It's not the best solution (that's the WIP for), will figure out something else.~ This case looks more complex as I first thought, so I will leave the current solution, since it's not an overhead when we draw without the frame profiler.
Also fixed the case, that after resize the DebugRenderer crashed: we create a new one in this case.
