Tech refresh #12

Note: this does not actually compile! I'm trying to get my stack to build with scala 2.12.3 and sbt 1.0.1. So I'm just going up the tree and see how I can help move this along. I did a tech refresh (i.e. pushed all your versions up) and this is what I got. There's a few compiler errors, this is so far down in my tree I really know very little of what your project does, only that I need an sbt 1.0.1 version! Also, there doesn't seem to be an sbt 1.0 version of the bintray plugin either.

I have the same use case here, tried a few changes and got the plugin loading with sbt 1.0.3 but when it runs it crashes, so we've now removed it from all our projects until the 'official' sbt 1 version of this lib appears.
