What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set primary input device to the touchpad not the screen
2. add touchscreen support (in debian: evtouch?)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a moving mouse but it is there like a rock

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
USB-Version, Stable release

Take a look at /var/log/Xorg.0.log, see if you can find any mouse related 
errors or warnings.
