No netboot support #159

mkxpud makes iso images which can be written to USB drive with unetbootin.

However, there is no support for images bootable from network.

Note that Ubuntu live CDs based on debian-live (not sure about Casper) can be 
booted from network so the required initramfs scripts are available in Ubuntu.
