mkxpud in violation of GPL #160

mkxpud archive contains GPL licensed binaries (including busybox and the linux 
kernel, possibly other of the binaries included).

While it is generally unclean to ship binaries instead obtaining them from the 
original distribution it is also in violation of GPL.

It is not clearly stated how to obtain sources for these binaries nowhere in 
the web site download section nor the mkxpud readme file.
