Unable to cache .webm files #573

Quiet a new video container is not known to w3tc, I'm talking about .webm. Currently it's not implemented into the list of mime types (would probably fit nicely inside mime/other.php) thus it also wouldn't be able to cache files with such an extension.

Please consider adding a configuration option for it.

Consider the following patch, this would probably be the simplest fix but the least user friendly solution.
