Bash 4 support - Githubissues

emacs-bash-completion was built based on bash 3 behaviour. Bash 4 seems to have introduced some changes:

a new compopt command. See https://www.gnu.org/software/bash/manual/html_node/Programmable-Completion-Builtins.html
COMP_TYPE is set when functions are called. See https://www.gnu.org/software/bash/manual/html_node/Bash-Variables.html
COMP_KEY is set when function are called
COMP_WORDS is now split according to COMP_WORDBREAKS
